  12. Does anybody know if there is a newsreader that does something
  13. similar to the following?

  15. 1. Loads up all the thread topics in the user's selected newsgroups
  16. 2. Hangs up the phone
  17. 3. Allows the user to select the threads he wants to read
  18. 4. Reconnect to the ISP to download all the selected threads
  19. 5. Hangs up the phone

  21. What programs do people generally use in order to read news
  22. without too much hassle and yet keep online time to a minimum?
